Uploading picture using Add via URL Error

  • Just find out that Add via URL function is not working.

    Error: 1 file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading.

    I have tried couple aggregator plugins before (they all seem to grab pics from net) but now WordPress is pretty clean with just a couple useful plugins.

    Hosting: GoDaddy.

    Tried to search all forums but no answer so far.

    Any thoughts?
