Uploading pdf’s in version 2.7.

    After upgrading to 2.7 I can’t work out how to upload pdf’s to posts in the dashboard. On my last dashboard there was an upload area, but now I have a choice between uploading image, audio, video or media. Which should I use for pdf’s?

  • You can use any of them…as far as I’ve been able to tell, those designators are just for categorizing things.

    I tried using those, but it doesn’t create a link, it just comes up as normal text. I don’t have any problems with uploading photos, so I really don’t understand it.

    I am having the same problem as Hermiony. Any resolution with this?

    Anyone find a solution with this?

    Those of you having trouble with this, can be more specific about what you are doing? I just uploaded a .pdf from the ‘Edit Post’ screen using the ‘Add Media’ button– the starburst– and it worked without a hitch.
