Uploading PDF files in the Sidebar ..

  • Hi,
    The Website URL is https://floodreliefpakistan.com/.
    I need to build a feature to let the administrator upload PDF files in the Sidebar, which optionally the visitor
    1. should be able to view it online by clicking on it, OR
    2. download it to its local computer for lateral view
    any help guideline or tip will highly be appreciated.
