uploading on behalf of someone

I am currently evaluation your software for our small camera club. Is it possible to upload a picture on behalf of someone?

Background informaton:

In my club on occasion we have people who are having difficulty uploading pictures for competition using our current method. In this case someone from the competition committee will upload the image for them and during the process use the members id to upload the picture and the picture is assigned to that member.

With your software,all images I upload are tied to my user_id. Is there a way to specify the user_id that picture belongs to without going into the database and updating it directly using SQL.?
