Uploading of the logo in the Personalize my store section reset theme options

I’m Olga Barlow from 8theme team https://themeforest.net/user/8theme .
We got few requests from our customers about options reset once they finish your setup wizard. We checked the steps and found that if user uploads logo here https://prnt.sc/1s6iws7 it reset all the options that he set before. So, could you, please, fix this bug or remove that option, please? Because it causes real problems for many users.
