Uploading Movie Files for Download

I’m having an issue uploading movie files as a virtual product that customers can download with Woo Commerce.

I’ve increased the max upload size via php.ini and was able to upload a .wmv version of the video, but whenever I try to upload the same video as a .mov, I get a generic error message after a long wait. Anyone else encounter this? Advice?
