Uploading individual files on a website which is hosted on WordPress.Com

  • This is something I have never worked on. My client just said that she has hosted one of her domains https://www.mama-birds.com on WordPress.Com

    Name Server: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    Name Server: NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

    Here I’m a complete novice. Usually, to make updates on a wordpress sites we usually got to the c panel of GoDaddy and BlueHost accounts and work on the individual pages. Even I have no idea how to upload different individual files on it. She has provided me with the admin id and password but for no use.

    Has anybody worked on a website which is hosted on wordpress?
    I will appreciate your help.
