Uploading images not submitting

My form has 10 upload fields and the first 4 are required. The form doesn’t email or appear in the entries when all 10 uploads with images at 400kb each, it works when only 9 or fewer uploads with images at 400kb each and 10 uploads with images at 12kb each.

Maybe that is an issue with the upload limit with the hosting.

How could I get around fixing it?
