Uploading images for Background

I love your plugin
However I’m wondering if there’s a way to disable resizing image before uploads (or at least customizing separately) for images used for backgrounds?

I have a global setting for 1024×1024 which works fine for blog posts, however is too small for a background

This is for a multisite install
