Uploading Image

    I tried to do a search for uploading images but can’t seem to find exactly what I am looking for. I clicked to browse to upload an image and when I click upload I get this message:

    Unable to create directory /home/withtcom/public_html/blogs/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I tried to find an upload file in the wp-content folder and there isn’t one. Am I missing something here?
