• I can’t seem to find Homepage Control plugin in the wp-admin plugin-install.php page.
So I download it and attempted to upload.
I get “You have used your space quota. Please delete files before uploading. Back”

I have tried deleting media, but it doesn’t seem to effect the problem.

    Any help would be appreciated

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • The Homepage Control readme says that the plugin has not been tested with the last 3 versions of WordPress. Such older plugins won’t show up in the wp-admin plugin install page, so the only way to get it at the moment is to download it and upload it from your pc.

The readme also tells us that it was updated only 4 months ago, so I suspect the WordPress version in the readme should have been updated at that time.

WordPress, Storefront and WooCommerce don’t have a space quota. That message will be coming from your host. You’ll need to go into cpanel and look through your files to see if there are any you can get rid of. Look for unwanted backups and/or a full recycle bin. Perhaps you have unwanted staging sites. Otherwise you’ll need to ask your host for more space and that may incur a cost.

Deleting a few media files is unlikely to be enough to make an impact.
