it got stuck on processing and has produced a internal server error under the upload submit button.

Ignore me i tried a second time and it uploaded successfully onto your test page.

So, it is not iOS specific.
I checked your php settings, max_input_time is 300, should be enough.
Filesize or pixelsize is not an issue either.
Most of the time the behaviour you describe is due to an unstable internet connection. If a connection reset occures during upload, its lost. I have no better recommendation than: try again later, make sure you have a stable internet connection.
