Uploading file manually to server-Can't access

  • Hey All,

    I have a file I’d like to put up on my site for others to download. It’s 3.4 MB PDF, my WP software says “too big to upload”. If I upload the file manually via FTP WP seems to not have this file indexed and will give “this page doesn’t exist”.

    What’s the solution?
