    Hi there

Generally, the plugin is working exceptionally. However, every now and then, I have trouble uploading a particular file and I get the general error message:

Memphis Error: An Error has occured.

The particular file in question was a Powerpoint originally and “printed” as a PDF. Seeing as how the plugin has worked beautifully for every other file I’ve uploaded, I figured this was some kind of issue with the file itself. So I’ve unsuccessfully tried uploading various versions of the same file, including the original Powerpoint, a Word conversion, as well as a PDF compiled from JPEG images of the slides. All to no avail. I’m not sure why this particular file is causing so much of an issue, or what about it the plugin doesn’t like.

At my wits end. Any advice would be appreciated.

Update: As a test, I installed the plugin on another website I managed and the problem file uploaded with no problems at all. Cross-checking the two server scans, the only difference is the absence of Imagick in the site where I’m having issues.

Ugh… stupid me. It was related to my maximum upload file size, which I didn’t realize was so low. I upped that, and all is fine.

    Thank you.
