    Hello,

    I am trying to import my newsletter list into Jetpack and uploaded the CSV file of my newsletter list (about 2,700 subscribers) 10 days ago – and received an on-screen pop-up message that I would be notified by email when it had been uploaded – but I still haven’t received your email?

    I tried the same thing a week ago and got the same on-screen pop-up that I would be emailed when it was uploaded… But I still haven’t heard anything at all?

    Can you help?

    Hi @merrymermaid, did you check your spam folder if nothing landed in the inbox of your email? If you aren’t able to find any emails, could you follow the steps mentioned in this guide to rule out any issues with the import process on your end?

    Let us know what you find.

    Hi Ajay,

    Yes I checked my spam folder!

    And I cleaned my list again (i.e it only contains active subscribers) and tried adding them yet again to Jetpack, but again they haven’t sent me an email.

    I also went through the guide you linked to and have followed the steps – all my email addresses are valid and collected via one of my newsletter sign-up forms. However, that guide also mentions: “If you have lots of email addresses, try importing them in smaller batches of 500 each.” – and I’ve no idea how to do that? (I’ve never used excel in my life).

    Any other ideas?

    Thank you so much for patiently waiting for a response! We have a backlog of support requests and work through them on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Looking at your site and this thread, the issue here is that you are trying to import a CSV with a larger number of subscribers (2,700) than is allowed by the free Jetpack plan (100 subscriber import limit).

    We have information on this here:

    In order to import your subscriber list, you will need to upgrade to either a Jetpack Social or bundled Jetpack plan (Complete or Security). You can do so at:

    Additionally, upgrading to a paid plan will include priority support via email and we will be able to assist with any issues that you might have during the import process.
