Uploading/ changing document problem

    I guess this is after the last update… I cant upload/ change or move documents. When clicking the buttons the popups appear half on the left but are grayed out.

    I tried it with IE, Chrome and Edge. Same problem. Disabling third party addons won’t work. Help!

    there was only minor changes made to the ui on the last update… the only change made was to remove a font class from the css file.

    Can you roll back to the previous version and see if the problem is persists.

    I rolled back to 3.6.16 finally (I am sure this version worked). This did not solve the problem… Could there be a conflict with another plugin? This is a new site and I installed some new plugins after mdocs…

    That is the first place I would check. Disable all other plugins and try again.

    I have found the issue is related to the Gallery Bank plugin. After disabling the gallery mDocs works again.

    Problem is I don’t want to drop one of both fine plugins ??

    I’ll also make a ticket at the Gallery Bank developers site.

    I downloaded gallery bank light, and I am not see any issue. Are you using the pro version?
