Uploading a rank image

    Hello! I absolutely love this plug in, just found it today, and it has been great. I am having an issue uploading images for my forum ranks through, it has me enter in the image url, which for some reason is providing me incredible trouble. What is the best way to go about getting a proper url for an image?

    (p.s. I have tried uploading the image to my account, and copying the url that provides, but this has not worked)

    you should load the image into your site first using wordpress

    dashboard>media>add new then select the file and upload. Once uploaded go into ‘edit’ and on the right hand side you will see file url

    copy that and paste it into the settings in my plugin

    Thanks for the reply! I don’t know why I’m having an issue with this, it seems simple enough. Is it possible the BuddyBoss theme I am using is not compatible with the plug in? All of the other aspects are working just fine (the rank name, the stars, the replies count, etc.)

    I tried uploading the photo through wordpress, hitting edit, copy and pasting the URL into the image slot, now it just shows blank on the profile, before it was showing a broken image link. I have made sure to check that the rank image is set to display in the settings, I have also tried a few different images and image sizes. Not sure!!

    any chance of a link to an example, I may be able to see what then browser is trying to load
