Uploading a new theme cant get it to work!

  • Hi Everyone

    Hope you can help

    I am using mozilla firefox with fireFTP

    Have tried uploading a new theme to my blog I followed all the steps and in the far right my hosting section I think,I have 4 Themes showing up.
    What do I do next? as no new theme is showing up in my theme folder on my blog.
