• I’ve tried to upload several new images (keeping the same filename and extension) but each time prior to clicking “Update”, I still see the old image in preview and on the live page itself once the file is updated. If keep the same filename and extension and select the second radio button (changed filename) I get the same results. If I switch the file to a new filename and extension (selecting the change filename radio button), it works.

    I’ve confirm it’s not a permissions issue nor a caching one.

  • I’m sorry but there’s not nearly enough information for me to go on to find out what possibly could have gone wrong with the information you’ve provided.

    Can you verify whether the file is replaced on the server or not?

    I’ve just added some additional information to my original post and, the file is not updated on the server.
