uploader prob,,

  • Trying to FTP upload .jpg’s up to wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/
    Once they are up, I try to add them through “write a post” >add an image>media library
    ..and they are not there? Why?
    Also..image uploader.browse..crunching..then..I get message “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later”.

    Browser Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 and the newest flash player as of April 16.

  • They are not there because WP has not added them to its database. You can insert the link by hand. There is a plug-in called, I think, Organizer, that will add images to WP’s database but it has not been updated for 2.5
