Uploader Position

I like the uploader now that I fixed it (faulty commas). However, its position is not functional for my boss, who has a widescreen monitor (using IE7). The bottom 3rd or so is hidden, so selecting image size and insertion is impossible unless you zoom out. It’s positioned properly on standard monitors in both IE7 and Firefox, I guess it’s the widescreen that is causing problems.

So, does anyone know where to find the positioning info for this uploader? If I knew what file to look at, that would be a start.
