Uploader does not work

Hi everyone, i am facing a problem i am stuck with…, when i am trying to upload anything via new comment the flash uploader collapses, keeping doing nothing, but when i edit that comment uploader works perfectly (!!!??????) any idea how could it be fixed? thx in advanced.
