I have visited your website and noticed that you are trying to play the following video https://demosites.in/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/videogallery/19_20_video-2013-04-14-17-55-26.mp4. I have tried to play the same video URL from my browser and got the same problem. It only plays the audio and video is not visible. The problem is with the video you have uploaded. Please try to add a h.264 encoded MP4 and test if you were able to play the video without problems.

I have checked your site and noticed that the video link https://www.gujaratnewsnetwork.com/wp-content/uploads/videogallery/20_file3.mp4 itself takes few minutes to load the video content. And also the video loading time is based on site loading time.
