I have a presentation I did, and uploaded to my site. I was surprised to find that Cloudinary did not sync it because the video is too large (greater than 100MB).

I see there’s some indication that it’s possible to have larger videos uploaded to the service, but I don’t see how I can overcome this from the context of WordPress.

How can I get my video uploaded to Cloudinary and added to my media in WordPresss?

    Hi @alexstandiford,

This is normal. You are on the Free plan which has a maximum video file size limit of 100MB. You will need to upgrade in order to upload your 400MB+ videos.

You can find more information on our plans and their limits here: https://cloudinary.com/pricing/compare-plans.

    Got it, thanks.

I went ahead and upgraded, however this change is not being reflected on my website. It still says free and I am still getting the error.

I see in my billing details that I have the “plus” plan active, but it still shows “free” on the site. Do I simply need to wait for a bit?

    Hi @alexstandiford,

The plugin might still have the information cached. I don’t see any upload attempts after the upgrade.

Could you please retry the upload of the video?

    Thanks,

    Loic
