Uploaded photos to articles lose quality on page

  • HI –
    with the new deal, uploaded photos, correct to width of columns degrade rapidly on the page.All saved as JPG.
    Has something changed? Is there a way to improve quality?
    The site is a photo site and photo quality is key for reviews.

  • I had the same problem but noticed that the quality improved when I changed the template. I suspect that if the main column isn’t wide enough for the image it is being resized and therefore appears at a lower quality. This is only a guess though.
