uploaded images not showing up in media library

Hello,

I’ve read that many users have experienced their images uploading to the media library instead of the specific “manage UGC” folder. My uploads go correctly to the UGC location, however, the files I’ve uploaded before a certain date (12/12/16) do not show up anywhere on the site that I can see. I’ve checked on all the posts I’ve made with no luck, but that’s not surprising since I’ve had “form_layout” set to default (media), and not posts, from the beginning. I’ve changed parameters in the shortcode and in the plugin setting panels since the uploader has been functional, could this have something to do with it? Any advice would be beneficial. Thanks.
