    Thanks for sharing the URL. I checked HTML of the page and see that the image is there but not visible due to CSS rules applies by your WordPress theme.

    Can you please activate one of the official themes (e.g., “Twenty Seventeen” or “Storefront”) and check if this will resolve the issue?

    Hi Ivole, thank you for your reply. You were right. I talked with the support staff for the Savoy theme who fixed the issue. In addition, they said they will change the CSS for their theme in the next update. Anyway, thank you for your help.
