Uploaded Images Not Showing In Media Library

    Hello:

    I uploaded a The7 (WP theme) WPBakery Page Builder Demo page to my website to see how it’s built and both the page and the accompanying content ie. photos are accessible, but they aren’t showing in the Media Library.

    I selected one of the ML generated folders (2020 January… which they should be in February) and they briefly flashed on the screen then disappeared. They’re not in the February folder either, or anywhere else.

    I’ve also regenerated thumbnails but no avail.

    Any idea what’s going on, I need to be able to keep this content separate from my own, so, that I can delete it once I’m done.

    If I understand correctly, you uploaded files directly to the site without going through WordPress. The media library is a database and any images uploaded to your site have to be imported into WordPress. For this purpose we have provided the Sync function that searches for new files in the current folder and will add them to the Media Library.
