uploaded icon isn’t visible

    Hi! I love the idea of the lil plugin, I wanted to use it with a cat icon I have. I uploaded the svg, but it doesn’t appear in the separator — there’s just a blank spot. I messed with the size & color of the icon, with no luck; I tried putting in one of the provided icons, which worked fine, but switching back to the one I uploaded didn’t work.

    I’m using Astra Pro theme, on WP 6.1.1, with Woocommerce 7.2.2. Let me know if there’s any more information I can give you.

    Hi @vagabondtabby,

    Can you please send me your SVG file? I need to see your SVG markup. I do some sanitizing steps to clean uploaded SVG files for safety, so maybe that’s the problem. I recommend cleaning all of your SVG files before uploading them to WP. Here is the tool: https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/

    Heya Phi!

    I wound up running it through the cleaning tool twice, the first time wasn’t enough, so I just picked every option that didn’t make the icon a horrible mess, & now it’s working fine. Many thanks — I’ve bookmarked that tool & I’ll be using it again!
