Uploaded from localhost; pages still calling for images from original path

Just completed a migration of a site that I started working on locally, then uploaded to live. Most went smoothly, except this. – the featured image is being called from what appears to be the XAMPP directory I originally started working in.

What do?!

Edit: Yes, I’m googling everything I can, and I understand I have to make some edits in the code, I just don’t know WHERE or WHAT ??

I’m comfortable making edits using text editor, dreamweaver, etc, can sort of get around in phpMyAdmin.

And yes, I know there’s not much content up there, and it would be easy to simply re-install; however, once we build this site, we’re going to redo another one of their sites that’s already live, and I’ll need to be able to do an effective, clean transition quickly, so hoping to build offline, and upload.
