Uploaded Files not coming through

  • Hello,

    I’ve got the form working brilliantly and thanks for your advice regarding the styling the email form with logo etc.

    My issue is that the upload file isn’t coming though as an attachment.
    The file uploads, and I get a success message on SUBMIT but the email that arrives doesn’t have the attachments.

    Is there something I am missing or need to do?

    check the rights on the msf related folder in uploads please.
    Bigger uploads sometimes produce errors so please check the PHP settings and maybe increase them.

    we are working on an update of this funtion which will replace the old one to make it more stable.

    I have the same issue with file uploads. My installed version of the plugin is 1.5.4.
    Is it going to be fixed by upgrading to 1.7.2 ?

    It’s possible that it will working if you upgrading to 1.7.2. Be sure that you will have a actual backup before you run the upgrade.
