Uploaded files doesn’t appears anywhere

    Hello, I’ve got the plug-in Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload for WooCommerce activated on my website. Currently it has some issues with the uploaded files. When a customer try to upload a file, apparently the plugin work fine, but something wrong happens because the file never appear in the order. It happens with all the products on the website with the plugin available. I have try to unistall and install the plugin again but it still failing. Also I have all the updates up to day. I have created a coupon of 100% that allows me make some tests it is gratis100.

    If you can help me with another options for fix up the problem it could helps me a lot.

    Can you provide a screenshot of order? and try to use browser inspect element maybe it was hidden or something.

    Hi Glen, thanks for the reply. I have received the order and apparently it is working fine again. Suddenly it has been fixed as if by magic. Thank you very much for your attention.

    Anyway, I provide you with the screenshot of your test order and another one of my test order placed a few days ago. I don’t find the option to upload the images throught this forum, so I’ve send you to the email adress of your order.
