Uploaded files are duplicating

Could you please export the form and share the export file in the next reply so that we could check the behaviour of the form to have a better idea regarding this?

I was able to replicate the issue and we are going to report to the plugin developer.

Could you please switch the Upload method to Ajax?

Edit the form, edit the upload field > Settings

I tested the upcoming Forminator version which is on our QA team and the problem is gone on that version.
