Uploaded file not received

    I have used the form on my website and added a file upload field. I have set file types to allow and file limit (5mb). However, when I submit the form, I get all the fields in my email and database except the file. Infact, I don’t think the file is even uploaded as it submits the forms within seconds.

    Can you please tell me how to fix this problem?
