Uploaded attachments give me a 403 error when trying to view them

    Whenever clients upload any attachments to our FormCraft form; we cannot view them on the WP Admin dashboard. Whenever I go to the plugin, and click UPLOADS; I can see that there are several attachments users uploaded, but I cannot view them. Whenever I click the uploaded attachment, I get a 403 error. Any tips or advice as to why this happens?
