Upload/Add weblink plugin

Hey

Im not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here I go :

I am looking for a plugin to wordpress, that can upload a link to a website, and put it nicely into a list on the website that i decide by my self.

Like :

Webbrowsers :
Firefox – https://www.firefox.com
Internet explorer – https://www.IE.com

Search engines :
Google – https://www.google.com
Bing – https://www.bing.com

and so on.

And then the link should be clickable and open the apropriate website in another window or tab.

It could be cool if the plugin could make a picture of the website and show it, and if its possible to make a description of the website.

Also it would be nice to be able to move around the links and to delete them, and maybe more if someone have some good ideas.

I came up with this idea, because my links is a mess, and i have links all over my harddisk and desktop, and if i have them on af website, i always know where they are and i can access them from all over the world ??

Hope someone wanna make such a plugin or maybe know where there is such a plugin i can download and use.
