Upload wordpress done in webmatrix

I am trying to upload my wordpress site that i did using MS Webmatrix. I have done some research but am still a lil confused. I know that i need to export the database to restore it on the host but i need to know how to do this. Please can sum1 provide me with detailed info step by step on uploading from webmatrix.
