Upload with FileZilla Not Working

    I have used FileZilla to upload the Installer.php file and Archive file to GoDaddy but when I go to the installer.php page I get the error:

    Root Directory Fail
    Path: /home/(my name here)/public_html
    [Pass] Is Writable by PHP
    [Fail] Contains only one zip file
    Result = No package file found
    Note: Manual extraction still requires the archive.zip file

    Any ideas of what might be going on here? Thank You!

    Checkout this question on the FAQs page I believe it may help or provide some clues about this issue:

    -> Find section: “Permission Issues”

    If you believe the permissions are good, then you may have to submit a support ticket…

    Hi Cory,
    Thanks! Ill take a look at this. In the meantime I called godaddy and it seems they had a server crash that effected me and a number of other customers using FTP to upload files. Things are still down, hopefully godaddy will have resolved the issue by tomorrow and I can try again. Hopefully, that is the problem. Thanks again!
