Upload video from Frontend "feathured video plus "

Thanks for great plugin
In my customize theme we are uploading featured video from front end we are using default ajax url with these parameters

fvp_nonce : 102e334973
fvp_set_featimg : false

id :621

in Jquery function but I got {“success”:false}
should I include any file in front end
