    Hi Rtmedia,

    I now using the plugin and uploaded some photos on the buddypress profile page.

    I found out NONE of the photos are compress, it’s remains the same original sizes.

    Cellphone photos are huge, just think what kind of impact it’s going to cause?

    Is there a function it can be uses to compressed during/after each uploaded?

    rtMedia is a media management solution, provides your users with several ways to add and manage media. It doesn’t cover media compression with it as of now though I could certainly see how it would be valuable for you, given the use case that you described.

    However, from the rtMedia→ Settings→ Media Sizes, you can define the image quality, which may help reduce the image size. Ref: https://prnt.sc/22rypmv
