Upload transfer & deletion

  • Question:

    I uploaded 100+ posts from a wordpress.com account to www.remarpro.com regular domain. Numerous images were uploaded to the wordpress.com site and have transferred to the www.remarpro.com domain.

    If I delete the wordpress.com blog, will all those uploaded pictures be deleted as well?

    Or, are the images uploaded to my user account, and they won’t be deleted on the www.remarpro.com domain?

    If you have actually moved the images using ftp or similar into your new domain, then they are now seperate from the ones on the wordpress.com domain and won’t be deleted if you remove your wordpress.com blog.

    You could always download them all to your computer as a backup.
