    Hello,

    I recently downloaded the plug in, however, I would like for it to appear on the home page of the website. What are the steps to doing this?

    I would like for it to appear on the home page of the website so people who visit the site can put their Name, Email address, and phone number and then they will opt in to sign up and then they will receive an email with a PDF document.

    Please help me in determining how to do this.
