Upload to Dropbox failed: too many attempts

    Hi there,
    I’ve just started using BackWPup and followed the tutorials to get it set up. However, I keep getting the same error, in that it doesn’t seem to be able to send the backup file to dropbox. I have authenticated the account during the set up process. Here is what the last part of the log looks like:

    Hi,

    There appears to be a conflict with UpdraftPlus and backwpup. Can you please temporarily deactivate the other plugin and attempt a new backup.

    Hi Bryle,

    I don’t have a plugin called UpdraftPlus. I used to, but it is deleted. Anything else I can try?

    @megp – This is the UpdraftPlus forum, if you don’t have the UpdraftPlus plugin then this is perhaps the wrong forum?
