Upload theme to .org

Hi,

I am trying to upload a theme to my hosted wrodpress.org site.

When I go to the upload, I select the .zip file ok.

It then goes to the connection information page which has space for

Hostname
Username
Password

However these are all greyed out and I cannot put any information into them.

Hitting proceed like this does nothing.

So how do I upload a new theme?
