Upload Theme: Option Tree not passing WordPress Theme Check

Hi, guys am having a little problem uploading my theme to wordpress as the initial theme check fails with the below error..
I have integrated Option Tree into my team. But WordPress doesn’t accept until the issue is resolved.. The funny thing is i download few other themes from WordPress director which uses Option Tree, I tested with the Theme Check Plugin and they all didn’t pass, so how did they manage to get their theme in the directory…Any HELP??
