Upload Theme error after Sydney error

Error 1:
Earlier today I sent Sydney theme support a question reading, “When I am in customize, I cannot get any header or logo or site icon photos to upload. My wordpress is updated. I have tried on Chrome & Firefox. Whenever I hit the Select Image nothing happens. I saw a past note about plugin conflict, so I deactivated all plugins and still did not work.

They recommended I delete the current active Sydney theme then reinstall the fresh one through Appearance > Themes > Add New > search for “Sydney”. Now, I did this 6 days ago when I first uploaded the theme, but am willing to try again except for…

Error 2:
Well, when I go to the “Add New Theme” screen I get the following error:
“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

I cannot upload new themes that way. So, I need help with one or both errors.
