Upload the wpress file to the import hosting!

    Hello, I export the website A file and upload the wpress file to website B hosting , now how can i import it via All-in-One WP Migration to website B hosting to website B wordpress!? i tried the ftp extension but it doesn’t work. what should i do? should move the file to other folder are what?
