Upload Stuck at 100%

My current upload is very large. I am migrating a full site over to another WordPress install. After several attempts the upload continues to be stuck at 100%.

I have reviewed the previous threads on this issue and have made the following attempts to solve the problem on my own:
I’ve checked my internet connection and it is stable and working as it should.
I’ve increased the max file size, post max size, and memory limit to a size that would accommodate the size of the upload.
I’ve increased the execution time and max input time to unlimited.
I’ve attempted to rollback to a previous version.

Are there any other ways to solve the issue?
