Did you check with your host, what is your URL?

I have tried clicking the Reload button provided. I have also tried clicking the Refresh logo.

Are you referring to options in your own web browser?

The Reload button is located directly beneath the message saying “This website is not available”. The Refresh logo is on my Chrome browser. As indicated previously, neither has any effect.

These are just browser buttons. They have nothing directly to do with your site. Have you contacted your hosts about your site?
