Upload Simple and Multiple Upload does not work

    I recently installed CalderaForms on my website. I use Sendgrid for upload. Emails are sent normally, only the upload function, either single or multiple, does not work. The emails are sent with the attachments and when they reach the recipient the attachment does not come. Is there any solution to this?
